AION 2 Daily & Weekly Reset Timer — All Event Times in Your Time Zone

AION 2's global service resets daily activities at 16:00 server time (UTC) every day, and weekly activities on Wednesday at the same moment. Recurring events hang off fixed clock anchors too — the Shugo Festival opens on the hour for 10 minutes, and world bosses spawn on fixed UTC hours. The timer below shows every next reset in your local time.

The Spacetime Rift row counts to the next portal opening — the full entry/event clock lives on our dedicated rift timer.

When does AION 2 reset daily?

Dailies refresh at 16:00 server time (UTC) on the global service — a deliberately unusual hour that lands at midnight in East Asia, early morning in Europe and morning in the Americas. Two independent confirmations fix the moment: the in-game Attendance menu literally reads “Resets daily at 16:00”, and community trackers list the same anchor. Your most reliable check is the one you always have with you: the daily duty quest tab displays its own exact countdown to the reset.

Because the anchor is fixed, nothing about the reset is a surprise: the timer above converts it to your zone (16:00 UTC is midnight in Beijing, 9:00 AM in Los Angeles and noon in New York on the early-October clocks — the US stays on daylight time until November 1, 2026, the UK and EU until October 25). What the reset actually contains, entry by entry, belongs to our AION 2 dungeons and beginner guide pages.

Every recurring event on one clock

The global service hangs its repeatable content off the same fixed-UTC-hour pattern — nothing spawns on a random timer. The full list as verified on October 5, 2026:

The Spacetime Rift and the Artifact Siege are the PvP-facing items on that list — what winning the Abyss Corridor unlocks is covered on our AION 2 PvP page, and the rift's own entry/event clock (three-hour cadence, 10-minute portal, 240-player portals) has a dedicated page: our AION 2 rift timer. One deliberate omission: the Abyss's recurring open-window schedule is not timer-listed here, because community sources still disagree on the weekly open hours (roughly 8h, 7h, or 14h-with-membership are all in circulation) — we do not hang a countdown on a number that has not settled.

How this timer is calculated

Same approach as our rift timer: no server queries, no account login, nothing sent anywhere. Every event above is anchored to a fixed UTC clock time, so the timer computes each next occurrence in your browser from the current time and renders it in your device's time zone — including the Shugo Festival's open-now state during the first ten minutes of each hour. The page stays static and loads instantly.

The honesty caveat, as always: the anchors are read from community trackers and in-game countdowns, not from NCSOFT documentation. NC can move any of them in a patch — when that happens the fix is a one-line constant change, and this page records it in the changelog below the same day.

Global vs KR/TW event times

Korea and Taiwan have run their own AION 2 service since November 19, 2025, with their own event clocks — their reset moments land at different UTC hours than the global schedule this page tracks. Every time on this page is a global-service time; if you play on KR/TW characters, read the in-game countdowns instead. Our AION 2 servers page covers how the three services split by region, and our AION 2 countdown keeps the launch-moment history.

AION 2 reset time FAQ

What time does AION 2 reset daily?

On the global service, daily activities refresh at 16:00 server time (UTC) — midnight in East Asia's UTC+8 zone, 9:00 AM in Los Angeles and noon in New York on the October clocks. The in-game Attendance menu displays the same moment as "Resets daily at 16:00", and its countdown is the final word for your account.

When does the AION 2 weekly reset happen?

The weekly reset happens on Wednesday at the same 16:00 UTC moment as the daily reset. It refreshes weekly activities and raids; the timer above counts it as the next Wednesday occurrence in your local time zone.

What time is the Shugo Festival in AION 2?

The Shugo Festival portal opens at the top of every hour and only stays open for the first 10 minutes — the same 10-minute entry pattern as the Spacetime Rift. The timer above shows whether it is open right now and when the next window starts.

Are reset times the same on Korean and Taiwanese servers?

No. The KR and TW services keep their own clocks, and community reports put their reset moments at different UTC hours than the global service. This page covers the global service only; check the in-game menus if you play on KR/TW characters.

Is the event schedule officially confirmed by NCSOFT?

No. NCSOFT publishes no timetable on its official channels — the times on this page come from community trackers (Questlog, Game8) and the in-game countdowns players see, verified as of October 5, 2026, and are labeled community-reported. If a patch moves a schedule, this page updates the same day.
