Not affiliated with NCSOFT
Aion2 Codex is an independent project built and run by players of the AION series. We have no contract, partnership, revenue-sharing arrangement or any other relationship with NCSOFT Corporation. We do not speak for NCSOFT, we cannot make decisions on its behalf, and no page on this site should be read as an official announcement.
For official information — news, patch notes, support and purchases — the only authoritative places are the official AION 2 website (aion2.plaync.com) and the game's official Steam page. When this site reports something those channels have published, we cite them and show the date we verified it.
Trademarks and game content
AION 2 and all related names, marks and assets are the property of NCSOFT Corporation and its licensors. Game content and materials referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Those names appear here solely to identify and discuss the game — this is an independent reference work, not a reproduction of official material.
In line with that, the site does not use NCSOFT or AION 2 logos, does not republish official artwork, and does not present itself under official branding. Screenshots or quoted text, where they appear, are used for identification and commentary with their source named on the page.
Accuracy and community-reported content
Game information changes with patches, regional differences and hotfixes, and AION 2's global servers are new. Data on this site carries a source label and a verification date; claims that come from community testing rather than official channels are explicitly marked as community-reported and should be treated as provisional. We recommend confirming anything that matters — a build choice, a purchase, a schedule — in game or through official channels before acting on it.
External links
Pages on this site link to third-party services such as the official AION 2 website, Steam and community platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for. A link is a reference, not an endorsement, and the presence of a link does not mean the linked content reflects our views or NCSOFT's.
No official customer service
This site cannot help with account access, payments, refunds, bans or technical problems — we have no access to game accounts or purchase systems. For those matters, use the support section of the official AION 2 website or Steam Support. Emails sent to us about account issues will simply be redirected to the official channels named above.
