The fastest way to reach us is email: support@aion2codex.wiki. We read everything and use it to fix pages — the most useful messages are the ones that point at a specific sentence and tell us why it looks wrong.
What to email us about
- Corrections. Every data point on this site cites a source and a verification date. If a claim contradicts its cited source, or a newer patch note supersedes it, send the page URL and the sentence in question — we re-check the source and update the page.
- Source feedback. If you know of an official announcement, patch note or in-game observation that bears on a page, we want the link. Official sources are always preferred over community reports.
- Content suggestions. Topics you would like covered — a class, a dungeon, a system — especially with a pointer to where the underlying data can be verified.
- Site issues. Broken links, pages that do not render on your device, or problems with the search.
- Trademark or takedown requests. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email us; we review every request and remove material where appropriate.
What we cannot help with
Aion2 Codex is an unofficial fan site with no access to game accounts or purchase systems, so we cannot review account access, payments, refunds, bans or technical problems with the game client. For those, use the support section of the official AION 2 website (aion2.plaync.com) or Steam Support. Email sent to us about account issues can only be redirected there — see our Disclaimer for the full unofficial-status notice.

support@aion2codex.wiki. It is the one contact address for Aion2 Codex and it is checked by the people who write and maintain the pages.
Can you help me with my AION 2 account, payment or a technical problem?
No. We have no access to game accounts, purchases or game servers, so we cannot review bans, payments, refunds or crashes. Those requests belong with the support channels on the official AION 2 website or Steam Support.
How fast will I get an answer?
There is no fixed response time — the site is run by a small team. Correction reports are prioritized because a wrong claim on a sourced page is the one thing we want fixed fastest.
