The route is the same for all five launch pets: sign up for the official AION 2 newsletter before launch on aion2.plaync.com. Papis is one of the four options for the additional pet, alongside Pagati as the guaranteed pick. Both reward pets are redeemable in-game at launch.
Founder’s Packs are a separate, paid route for other contents — NCSOFT’s own Ultimate pack promo shows the Black Dragon pet among its companion highlights — but Papis itself is tied to the newsletter reward, not to a pack purchase.
